I have been following this post with keen interest for its entertainment value.
I would like to be there myself, if I can I will, but its rather funny watching a bunch of grown men decide on what time is best for a party.
Sheesh! :p
We all know that you will only please some people some of the time, and never all the people all the time.
My mantra, pick a date, thats it, thats all. Whoever comes out great, those who really want to will, those who can will, those who can't won't.
I would put money on it that being democratic among a group of more than two when planning a party will seldom work. Christmas will be over before you guys decide. :sheep:
For the record, this post was started Nov 5. One month and counting.

It was a unique gathering at a unique locale by some unique guys who play with unique trucks. A fun time was had by all. David Moore won the longest drive competition, Bob Carriere, the best dressed rotter competition, and Guy Vapeur won the best CMP story telling competition - something about sewing machines and canvas to make shifter boots, mud flaps, CMP seats and other sewn items. John Granger, Grant Bowker, Geoff (Johnny Canuck) and I rounded out the attendees.

The weather wasn't too bad, but it was cold outside. It was quite cozy inside, and our hostess, Natalie, kept us well fed and watered. Unfortunately, my camera was acting up and we didn't get too many shots of the lovely ladies of Gracies. Oh, well. Next time, perhaps.

Photos:

1 - Natalie enjoying the rotter's company.
2 - David, John and Bob displaying their serious side - probably talking about ballet shoes or something like that...
3 - Grant and Geoff chatting about manuals, Guy enjoying the sights.
