Thanks Lynn, do you know how it was held in place?, the Ern Lake jacks all appear to be non hydraulic, I also picked up a war time Ern Lake, same lettering as Rons one.

Jack handle end???
Is anyone in a position to make up some replicas of the rounded end of the jack handle that fits in the squareish slot on the jack? Cast i imagine. Something that can be fairly cheap to cast, and send through the post. We can add the rod on this end.

Kevin, it appears to have its own tray, bolted (riveted?) directly to the cam plate cover. there is a strap that goes front to rear that ties the jack down. The jack sits so that the pump lever hole points to the hull right side.

Ron, I have a whole Jack here with top extension, it's not wartime but exactly the same, refurbished yours for £40 delivered to W&P. Pic attached.
