Thanks Jon, the Alberta Ferret you saw has now gone to a good loving home, so its in safe hands.
The wreck seems like a massive dedicated project; and i am worried it may be just too much of an effort for little. Seller never replied if he had proper registration or not, so i crossed i out.

Sam or anyone.

If you need a proper registration sorted out I can do that for you, as discussed.

Please send me an email off line so we can chat

Thanks

Robin

And after a few weeks I can now happily say that I am now the happy owner of a Mk2/4 Ferret with the number of 00 CA 04
The vehicle is well documented with period images and as of today I've managed to locate one of its original crew members

That was worth waiting for.

Fully agree Terry,
Am on the look for some land too and once that is done am coming after your jeep if it's still there :-)

Congratulations Sam,

Eastern Ontario will sink another millimeter lower when yours gets here, we will have to do this one day

Sam. As some of the others have said...Congratulations! I like Robin's idea of having a Ferret rally/display...perhaps at a mv event in 2016.
Cheers, Terry.

And if anyone is watching this thread and wants to contact me privately to stay a lurker, I know of another Ferret for sale that is not advertised anywhere and is a nice dry stored unit ready to go with a turret, an ex Brit one.

Honestly Ferrets are getting up there these days being just about as common as those jeep things . . . . .

From where I sit right now, there will be by the end of this summer, 5 running Ferrets within a 50 kilometre radius, if everyone gets their fingers out.

Sam Assad 23-12-15 16:11

As we progress I think a get together would be a very good idea..
Can't wait
