rich are you getting them done at a profilers or fabricating them yourself. if doing it at a profiler i'll get a mate to draw it on cad and send the file out to anyone who wants it
|
was just going to whittle them out by myself with grinder followed by filing followed by drilling :D
Doug has also very kindly posted a 1:1 tracing of the plate so it will be nice to see if there are subtle differences between ages / manufacturers |
Hi rich, yes please, I have the pol holder to go on the mortar carrier but have seen wartime pics with the number plate removed and bolted to the pioneer tool plate, so I'm planning to do this on mine.

rich don't do anything just yet, i'll speak to my mate tomorrow and see if he'll do the drawing then i can email the file to you or post the plate once i've had them burnt out, i reckon you'd get change from a tenner. might get 10 cut out

Ok bud
Thank you |
my mate will do the plate cad file and put it into a dxf file for anyone that wants it. it might be worth starting a new thread with carrier cad files on for those who need them.

i've ordered 10 number plates at a cost of £60 to get them laser cut, if anyone wants one give me a shout, i'll also get the guy with the cad file to email it to me for anyone that wants to do their own cutting
