Thanks Ron, I would say your overall length is 79", I'm pretty sure the barrel will be correct when finished as the 97mm barrel diameter part starts to taper as it leaves the final band on the saddle.

Not seen this before, is it a one off?.

Got the Barrel back from the blasters today after deactivation, thanks to all those that helped with this, one more step closer to getting it on the carrier. Have some cocking handle catches here to if anyone needs one.

will the carrier still fit in the shed with the blast shields fitted to the main gun ? I bet its a tad taller than an average carrier :)
