The descriptions these sellers on Ebay write are far away from fact. It is a Humber, one of the oldests makes of British luxury cars in there time. They got absorbed in to the Rootes Group, along with Hillman, Singer, Sunbeam, Commer, Karrier, etc. As for Viet nam, unlikely to have seen one over there, this one was used in Northern Ireland. As you say, good tyres :)

No have. Obsolete tyre.

So why won't they sell the mould...

Have they still got the moulds? If they did, how many $$ would bre required to use them again?

For those of you not on the hmvf Forum, the administrator is reporting that he has found a way into Simex and is collecting orders for 9.00 X 16 and 11 X 20 T24 tread pattern tyres.

If correct he has achieved something nobody else has been able to do and we will owe him a debt of gratitude if it comes off.
