If remember correctly these pictures were taken after Flying Tigers were disbanded absorbed in the regular military. Though not dated these pictures would have taken at the earliest in summer or fall 1942 for a Pattern 12 to have gotten that far.

i have the original of that picture in my collection. it's an 8" x 10" taken at camp utopia, new brunswick, canada, circa 1942-43. the back of the picture is marked as follows,"please credit canadian army photo, public relations office m.d. 7 file no. h"......when i first got this picture i had the wd number magnafied and wrote it down. then some time later i found the wreck of a c8a. looking at it's doors one could faintly see the remnants of the same number as in the earlier photo, which leads me to believe it is the same one. attached is a pic of it in the late 90's
