WS101 made 1939- 41 is the AWA built version of the British WS No. 1 , the WS 101 was used in the Middle East and Malaya with the AIF. Manual online http://www.tuberadio.com/robinson/Ma...o101MkI&II.pdf

WS109 made by STC Sydney 1939-42. I have two of these. Power source is a 6V car type battery. Manual is online http://www.tuberadio.com/robinson/Ma...No109_MKII.pdf

Looks to be a 134"wb model . Yes some of the school kids must have spent their pocket money on lollies instead of donating to the cause..

Back in the 1970s I bought a slatt grill Jeep from a guy at Albury: DOD 31st Dec. 1941 . Under many layers of green paint I found a US star and a blue number on the bonnet - 2032??0 Could this be my Jeep ? I have the number written down somewhere.
