Dutch?

In a collection of old photos is this one which is thought to be Dutch Indonesian. On the nose of both trucks is a logo I first thought was a "Kilroy was here", but on scanning it looks like a Twin tailed aircraft like a Vampire jet or a Lightning. Any thoughts?
