Good Read
Hi Hanno
Very good read, now we all need to look for similar write ups from other parts of the world. Because of pollution rules gasoline in my state is different from one end to the other. My trucks run different on the two different fuels. To bad the one they like best is only sold a hundred miles north. Cheers Phil |
Adding some amounts of certain grades of AVGAS is a good alternative. Some are fairly heavily leaded, and do not contain ethanol.
It is one thing to bugger up the fuel system of an anitique auto, it is quite another to bugger up the fuel system or engine of a light aircraft. The corn lobby has had to tread lightly with regard to piston aircraft. |
