Old disposals auction catalogues
 

If you have ever wondered what sorts of things were sold at the Government auctions back in the 50s you can now find out. There are some mouth watering things listed for auction, alas it was all 50 years ago.

I have put one on Ebay dated June 18th 1959. There are GMCs listed (one is an insecticide tanker), and Bofors mobile platforms.
