We are obliged not to call them "Speed Cameras" as this enrages the officialdon.

They are to be correctly titled "Safety Cameras" but no official has yet explained why many are located on straight, open and unrestricted roads.

There is currently a case before the EU Court of Human rights; when served with a postal fine plus 3 points from afore mantioned Safety Cameras, you must either accept it or state who was driving your vehicle. Apparently this is in direct contravention with the right to remain silent.

I think it's fairly safe to say "We don't like ANY of our speed cameras"
Another typical underhand tax, that does nothing to improve safety, and everything to boost the governments coffers. The real safety solution, would be to have more traffic police-but that isn't going to happen is it! :mad: :dh:

Not hearing any disagreement from me, no siree...

The sneaky people have started to put hidden CCTV cameras watching the GATSOs where they have previously been vandalised.

Swine, and not exactly safe - just look for the skid marks next to each one...
