Hello Adam,

Is the Fox in this list of survivors? See page 21 and onwards: http://the.shadock.free.fr/Surviving...oured_Cars.pdf

I see this list has two possible candidates:
Quote:

"Fox Armoured Car – Being transferred to Poland
Two Fox armoured cars have been found in the scrapyard of the Italian army base in Sigonella, Sicily, in 2018. They were intended forscrap before the end of the year. These two Fox have a special cooling system, which would indicate that they served in North Africa, and then in Sicily in July, 1943 on. Fox armoured cars served in Polish units that fought in Italy during WW2, notably the 15th PułkUłanów Poznańskich"
Here's hoping some people can help fill in their background / history.

Yes it's the same vehicle (left one). Nameplates were discovered during cleaning the interior of the vehicle last Saturday. They are quite well preserved.

Fantastic work done there, the team involved in that restoration deserve a salute and recognition for a job well done.

New Fox on display

Yes that is a very good job. When I saw the shots of it driving, my mind asked, 'what does the inside look like?' And then we see the amount of fabrication and restoration that was done. Very good work!

Bardzo dobra robota! according to Google Translate!
