Identification please help

I have attached a picture of my Uncle on the bike he rode during the war in Europe with the Canadian Second anti-tank Battalion. I am pretty sure it is a Norton N16 or H16 (not sure if there is a difference). I am hoping to find one to restore in his honour.

probably a Norton 16H, but may be a BSA WM20 like this... and a video

Not sure it is a BSA look at the bump on the side engine cover much larger than the one on my Uncles bike where as the Norton is smaller

Also rubber knee pad on tank is different
