The View

Like Keith said, nice view!
It'll be even better after a dose of good rain mate.

A new view of the new view showing the building site and where we live.
House is at lockup and the internals are being fitted.

Looking great, you must have a very tall ladder! :)

hrpearce 25-04-19 03:18

Still in beginners mode, so ladder has a ceiling of 30m.

The house is nearly ready. Just need final inspection from council and the cleaners to finish.
House is now named thanks to a Christmas present from one of Vicki's friends.

The G J Gardner team handed us the keys this afternoon, we should be sleeping in the new house Friday night.
The landscaping will have to wait until we return from Canada mid October.

Excellent Robert, about time although it doesn't seem to have taken that long to build. Enjoy it. Cheers R'n'J.

Thank you for the replies we are finally in the house and it certainly much more comfortable than the shed, and no more banging my head on the caravan door frame.

One shed survived the fires so I removed the roller door and had barn doors made and fitted. It will become the new blitz's home when it is cleaned out.
To make use of the shed slab beside it I bought two containers and a podroof. one container for tools the other for parts and when I fit a back wall I will have a 7x6 metre work area.
