Great photos of a fine day
What is the proper greeting for Australia Day? Well anyway looks like a happy group of people both in the vehicles and looking at them.
Like the Landrover with oil catch sheet underneath, anybody with a CMP can appreciate that having vehicles that like to mark their territory. Cheers Phil |
Great photos Diana. :note:

Hello Diana

Australia Day in Geelong Vic

I displayed my vehicles with the Geelong Military Re-enactment Group at Rippleside Pk (Geelong) where they had a free family day. The GMRG presented a guard in WW1 & WW2 uniform, and fire volleys as part of the days events. A lot of people turned up with the weather in the high 20's.
Vehicles attending were my Jeep & mbt trl, WC-57, Chev blitz with a trailer for the LP2 Bren Gun Carrier, WC-51, Jeep with Aust trl & sea mine and a White Scout Car in Mickey Mouse camo. We lost our kids for most of the day as they were off on rides etc. |
