I am not a member but have come across your site in a link whilst trying to find information about my grandad. I have come across some old film that was inside a little box. Inside the box was some torn brown paper which I presumed was protecting the film as packing. I unravelled the paper to find an address label with my grandads name and number with the address as Hut 9, no 4 AFV depot AOC, Hurst Lane, Castlewich. I have drawn a blank as to what this building was, why my grandad was there and what he actually did. Would be lovely if anybody could enlighten me or point me in the right direction.
