CMP head light assys
 

Please move this to the propper spot as i was not sure.
I have been looking for a set of head light assys for my c15a project as mine were so rotted out i have my doupts that i could save em with the trim rings being almost totally gone.
Well on thursday a friend came to see me at my shop on base and was driving a LSVW..."Piece of junk" and i noticed the the trim rings looked very close to what i was looking for.
Friday i went down to our national stock compound, where alot of vech go just before they become targets,sold off or scraped and found a LSVW down in the corner , got the rings and noticed that the rest of the assy looked right also, sure enough it was an exact fit minus the pots are made of fiberglass but they can not be seen.
Just thought i would pass it on for anyone who is interested!

I see the Milcots caught fire, wonder if that was from the battery cables shorting out. Seen a few here in Petawawa do that

Yes thats `what happened, two of em went up togeather!

The new MSVS trucks are are doing the same thing as well

Some of em were Grounded down here a few months ago, must have been what it was.
