I had some problems with the address, but was prompted to try: 37 Mid-Dominion Acrs, Scarborough, ON, Canada. That got me to where I needed to be.

Fair question. Google shows the location as a vacant lot!
Exit Markham Rd. North from 401, left on Milner (2nd St. at lights)
turn right on Mid Dominion Acres (2nd St. along). It's a new local
Armouries 2 bldgs. down, on the right, at the end of the St.
