M3 Stuart radial engine wiring harnesses and periscopes
 

Hi all,

Along with a pile of other parts I have coming, I have some of these NOS Stuart radial engine wiring harnesses and NOS periscopes arriving here in the next couple of months (by container).

The wiring harnesses are $370 NZD and the periscopes are $50 NZD.

Periscopes
 

Those look very similar to a set of periscopes I found at a flea market. I didn't know what they were but I bought them. Do you have a length measurement?
If they are the same then I might have a set for sale.

Darryl , The harnesses look like 9 cylinder which has 18 plug leads the stuart has 7 cylinders there for only 14 plugs .. Regards Mike t.

I've been assured they are 7 cylinder harnesses. Demand for the 9 cylinder harnesses is much greater and if they were 9 cylinder they would have already been sold.

I seem to agree with Mike about the harness as I count 18 plug leads, attached is a picture of a W670 harness, that I have as a spare, having just rebuilt 2 engines, see how you can count 14 plug leads coming from the harness, for the 7 cylinders , cheers Andrew.

I can only go by what I'm told. If they are 9 cylinder I'll need to start looking for a Sherman or a Hellcat to go with them!
