34 ft mast stowage

I now have the 34 ft mast :thup2: where is it mounted or stowed, it is a 2k1 radio van. there is a bracket at the front of the van body but does not fit the mast. any ideas? I sold my F15a, most original complete running ford I have seen. A very good home or I would not have sold it.

correct typewriter?

:pThis typewriter is a Corona foldup and is considered rare. Smith was office ,Cornoa was portable and foldup. It is going to Polsons typewriter for restoration. AS a lot of supplies this was issiued in ww1 and used into ww2 Corona stopped production in 1940. and the 80 year old at polsons, 100 uears in the business knows more about typewriters than any one on MLU
If you save old magazines, the ads give a lot of info supplies in ww2 eg life
feb 23 42. Mt famous old collector still types and wtih carbon
another radio van note; my St Bernard dog bone ens insulators have been shipped :coffee

Your 34 ft mast stows on the two brackets located at the rear of the Wireless Box, mid-point behind the ladder to the left of the rear door. The base of the mast sockets onto a post plate assembly at the lower edge of the body and a U-shaped steel plate fits over the upper end of the mast near the top of the ladder and is held in place by two wing nuts.

The 20 ft mast stows at the upper front of the Wireless Box in two "rifle" brackets, base to the left. Don't try it if the rubber coating on the clips looks brittle, they will shatter as it is a snug fit.
