WWII Canadian battle Jerkin
 

I have my Canadian battle jerkin here for sale.Have to raise funds for my septic tank project and trying to avoid selling the carrier! It is in very nice shape and the Canadian manufactured ones are hard to find.This is a rare piece that would fit into a webbing collectors collection.I have seen one offered on ebay a few years back and it was bid up to @$2,300.00 price and didn't meet the reserve! I would like to get $2,000.00 CDN for it but will be open to reasonable offers. Let me know if you would like more information and I can get back to you.The only markings are the size;MEDIUM and somebody wrote in black marker a price of $19.95!

I was told that back in the 1950's or 1960's a sporting goods shop in Selkirk,Manitoba just north of me used to sell army surplus items and had a few of these for sale and sold them as hunting vests. Would have been nice to buy them at $19.95!
