Remembrance Invasion of South of France, 15 August, Cap d'Agde, France
 

On August 15, while on holiday with my familiy we visited Cap d'Agde, France. Unexpectedly ("no really dear, I had no idea this was going on!"), I ran into a remembrance for the invasion of the South of France.

I missed the wreath laying but the the departure of the vehicles present was accompanied with lots of siren noise, listen to the third video. I think today more restored vehicles have a siren than they used to have during WW2....
