Armored and Softskin Training Pamphlets

So how about compiling a list of training pamphlets used by armored and softskin crews for training purposes to include driver training and field-craft?

I already identified these two pamphlets:

The Tactical Employment of Armoured Car and Reconnaissance Regiments
Military Training Pamphlet No. 60 (I believe there are 6 parts to this pamphlet and numbered as such)

Notes on the Organization, Tactical Handling, and training of the Divisional Reconnaissance Regiment
Military Training Pamphlet No. 48

Anyone have any others that they can list so this thread can be used as a repository for those pamphlets? I don't think images of the actual pam are necessary but just a listing so members can then use that to obtain them if needed.

Looking around on the net I see very little out there identifying these documents used during the war to train up vehicle crews.
