Victor Norburn RIP

I had the honour of meeting Vic some thirty years ago when I was stationed in Kingston. Previously, I had made contact with Vic through Legion Magazine and we had corresponded about the 1 CACR. We exchanged Christmas cards for many years afterwards and I was saddened to see that he had passed and read his 10 November obituary was in the Ottawa Citizen. Lest We Forget.
