Hello Tony,

Not having a clue what one of these vehicles looked like in their prime, I did a search on the web and found the following link: accessed 28th September 2020 from http://www.pageonemedia.me.uk/fordso...er%201945.html

There seems to be plenty of scope between the vehicle for sale on Facebook and the working comparison in the UK!

Kind regards
Lionel

Hi Lionel,
The link you posted is of a late model with full cab. Earlier ones were as Tony posted with open cab with a canvas roof. Many years ago I met a guy from Qld called Herb Farlow, he showed me photos on one found on a remote WW2 aerodrome up there and it was for sale. Not sure where it went to but there is an open cab WOT1 near Sydney restored withe a flat tray body

Hello Tony and Richard,

Gee the earlier version was certainly a "no frills" vehicle. Still I think the one for sale is missing more parts than just its rotor button.

Kind regards
Lionel
