The link you provided show "Gjamo's Favourite Flickr Photos" on Picssr, "an experimental website that lets you browse Flickr photos in large thumbnail format". Each photo on Picssr has a link below it leading back to the person who put it on Flickr (not necessarily the copyright owner).
