GENERAL NOTICE

Ms Yappy has requested that the management delete her account, and after confirmation of that request, it has been complied with.

Those of you wishing to remain in touch with her, please use the information provided by she herself above.

I hope you will join me in wishing her all the best; she was a significant part of this evolving community of ours and she will be missed. I can only urge that she rejoin whenever she is ready and able - and encourage her that she WILL be readily accepted.

Carman,
I have just come back to MLU after the holiday break. I have read your post of Dec 24 WRT to the shortening of your MLU handle. The thread is closed so I will reply here.
I regret, most deeply, any discomfort I may have caused when I shortened your nickname. It was originally not meant to be more than a typing short cut. It took on a life of its own which, however, I didn't discourage.
Please accept my appologies.
I will miss reading your posts and hope you will consider rejoining this forum as, in truth, it was richer by your presence.

Rgds

There really is winter in Victoria! Here's the photo evidence.
Attractively posing next to her favorite driver training vehicle is my 17 year old daughter Lisa. She is taking a break from shoveling the driveway.

Hey, Sinc...good to see (hear) you yapping again.

A propos absolutely nothing at all...My youngest daughter lives in Nelson.

The town has been described to me as being an "artsy-fartsy" place.

Comments?:p

JON

Hi JON....

Artsy-Fartsy is an understatement
a very lively/busy arts community

ADD:

Politically Correct
Metaphysically Correct

AND ME? Absolutely in-correct

I'm WAY out of my element here
but am very creative at times.
I'm a hermit for 3/4 yrs now ...
but this place is pretty,
lotsa nature that I NEED to be around,
great old Heritage houses/buildings
lotsa history too ...
It has its perks.

PM me regards your daughter? :)
