Looks more like a Fordson WOT2H with strange head lights.

Keith Webb 10-06-08 21:03

Wot

Why do I always think of Harry Seacombe in the Goons when I see one of those? :confused :p

These are classic and very British trucks and there are quite a few here - even some restored examples although not this one in Mildura seen By Euan McDonald in 2001.

That's in very good shape compared to some I have seen. looks like somebody has pinched the radiator device.

Those odd headlights may have been a CFA thing .. the blue one we bought back in 1979 had the same headlights on it .. ex CFA truck it was.

As Keith said.. there are more than a few around . Our old one is now in the Moama museum ( not for much longer I feel ).. it ran beaut... quite fast on the road for what it is .Pity it isnt being driven around . Memories ! It was a very early CH club reg. number on it , around 90

So are you going for it ?

morris something?

Plushy I am no expert but it looks like a C8 to me, mine is so much like it, they are the gradually growing on me.

Definitely a WOT 2, having restored 5 or so over the years. side light looks like an early model and headlights may well be from the same. oil filler on the bonnet indicates its an e model onwards I would say as the earlier ones were flat. We never know what might have been changed in the field or post war under rebuild

I see this post is quite a few years old. Anyone know if it is still around?
