C15A Starter boot
 
Would some one have a picture and pattern of a boot that fit over the handle of the starter and the transmission lever all we ave is a big hole in the floor.

Mine didn,t have a boot just felt pad with 2 slots for h/brake & starter, held down by top brkt and screws.

This of help? I used chromed (?) leather around the starter handle, transmission lever boots are off a jeep, not 100% correct but it worked for me.

Gilles,

I got one of those NOS from Brian Asbury a year or so ago. He even had the metal retainer plate that clamps the canvas boot to the floor. I have an extra of those plates, but only one 'boot'.

I will get a snap tonight after I vote.

Though I had the remnants of the originals, it's nice to see the pics for reference for repros for my C8A.
