Canadian Carrier Seat Cushions

Hi, I am getting to the stage of needing some seat cushions, I suppose it would be easier to get them made by someone who has made them before. I have some details and pictures, does anyone know who can make them and were can you get a close match to the material used ?.

Allied Forces did mine and did a very good job.
