Ammo pouches ?
 

I have some of these 1943 dated pouches: ZL & T Ltd Canada ..never issued

3 for $10 ... plus postage

They are marked FRONT and REAR .. slight differences .... one type has what looks like a brass belt loop . I believe there was a shoulder strap ..you wore them forward and aft style across your shoulder ...Not sure, I think they are bren magazine pouches .. I'm sure somebody here knows exactly what they are :salute: PS they are a bit scrunched up from years of storage .

The pouches you have for sale are indeed Bren Mag pouches. They are different to the Patt '37 Basic Pouch. So as not to detract from your For Sale listing, Mike, I have put up some more info HERE. ZL&T are Zephyr Looms and Textiles Ltd, and as you say are Canadian and were made just in time for D-Day!
