Canadian Dodge APT bow corners

Are the Canadian Dodge APT top bow corners similar either to the ones on the WC-52, M37 or M101 trailers? A friend who is restoring his Canadian Dodge is looking for a set. Hi iam new to this side of things have a carrier but mate has a canadian dodge chassie but was told it has a american rear tub whats the diffrance ?
and has anyone seen any pickys of a canadian dodge in british markings ?
