Australian NAVY series 1 Rovers

The RAN had some 80" series 1 Land Rovers .... apparently used on the decks of the aircraft carriers HMAS Sydney and Melbourne in the 1950's..

Has anyone ever see one anywhere ? Would they have been grey coloured ?
