Can anyone tell me how to use the upper spring bolt please?
Part 13303-42.
Not that I've got any yet.

It looks to me from it's length like it should run through the saddle base, down the length of the spring and then through the spring support bracket.

On the same subject, can anyone tell me about the handle support bracket stud (13318-41) please?
I haven't got any, so I'm having to bodge some out of some threaded rod and some nuts.

How thick (deep) is the hexagon part of the stud please?
Should I use a half nut, or a full nut for instance?

How far is it across the flats on the hexagon part please?

How long are the threaded parts please?

If you can tell me the exact thickness and A/F size of the hexagon part and the length of the threads, I can get a couple made to size.
