Selling my UC mk I*

Offered here first before I list on Milweb and ebay.

Its been in storage since last October so the time has come. I rarely get to use my carrier, so I am moving it on to a new home and hopefully it can be shown and enjoyed.

If the purchaser is in Canada, they will have first option to purchase a mk II Boys A/T Rifle (Inglis MFG) as well as the original Ross Smoke discharger.

The carrier is quite complete, original engine and transmission, rare Stacey towing attachment, WS 19 Set and antennas. A no expense spared restoration.

I will load up detailed photos on Picasa and post the link here sortly.

No track kickers, Serious enquiries only. Vehicle is located in Nova Scotia, Canada. $33,000 CDN

Youtube video of the carrier during the Liberation of Holland Parade, at @ 3.30 mins into the video...

Brad, It's a beauty of a carrier...hope you don't have sellers remorse! Rick

Jordan Baker 30-06-11 05:30

I'd be interested in the Ross Smoke launcher action (cut down rifle part) if it becomes available.

Brad Mills 30-06-11 17:34

Hopefully no sellers remorse, I have had a lot of fun with the carrier. Its one of those vehicles that people follow you for miles just to see it. (have had this happen several times while towing it to shows/parades) Kinda cool. Not an easy decision to move her on, but oh well...

Jordan,

There is a smoke discharger for sale on Canadian Gun Nutz, listed in the Militaria section...

Cheers

I'd be ecstatic to have mine looking as good as yours one day...nice job.

Brad Mills 06-07-11 18:28

Hey Hans,

Just keep plugging away, piece by piece it will get there.

My PC crashed last week, with all my photos, will have it back tomorrow with all the revovered files, so will be able to post a link to 150+ photos up on Picasa once I load them.

Cheers

New Owner

I had just finished buying Brad's Ferret when I heard he was selling his carrier.

For those of you who have not seen his Ferret...well it is total turn key. Very nice restoration and of course fully equipted. I wasn't in the market for a carrier but one look at it and it was back to the negotiating table.

Although still waiting for the delivery I am now the very proud owner of two of his amazing vehicles. Brad is a great guy to deal with.

Special thanks to Robin Craig for pointing me in the right direction and facilitating much of the process.
