Love the lego Blitz gun tractor. Also like the German F15 as it gives me a direction for my F15. Wanting something a bit different.

What do you make of this one?

No clues from the poster of the pic. It appears to be a No8 FGT (Aust) but has a spare wheel mounted as on a HUP. |

CMP vehicles - photo group at flickr.com
|
Looks like it has a lot of good pictures
Hi Hanno
Interesting photos a few of the photos look familiar, a number of the vehicles I think have been at Beltring. From the looks of many of the trucks that are familiar I would say that it is basically from your side of the pond. Definitely looking at as another source of CMP pictures, I've added it to my list of CMP sites to visit from time to time. Cheers Phil |
CMP Photos
Thanks for sharing the link to the photos. My Son and I are restorong a couple M135's and will be looking to add a Chevrolet version of the CMP next. We know next to nothing about them so this site has been awesome.

btw does anyone know the chap who replied here? http://idisk.me.com/oldcmp.net/Publi...009-115920.jpg I've seen his comments on other CMP pictures, sometimes accurate, often not as per his comment re cab 12s having doors which open the opposite way to cab 11s. |
LRDG truck
The same fellow thinks the LRDG F30 is a F15, but great to see so many CMP trucks out there.

Seems this photo group on Flickr is updated regularly. Quite a number of interesting pcitures of CMPs in Holland's civvie street.
What about this milk truck? Nice livery! http://www.flickr.com/photos/iisg/63...l-cmp_vehicles Truck with coach built cab: http://www.flickr.com/photos/4508560...l-cmp_vehicles Early CMP trucks in the UK awaiting disposal shortly after WW2: http://www.flickr.com/photos/6253277...l-cmp_vehicles Etc., etc. |

Interesting Photos - is the generator special?
Looking at the photos the generator caught my eye is it any thing special?
http://www.wheelsofvictory.com/Wheel...CKER%20007.jpg Reason for asking is that pictures of one that looks very similar just was sent in for our clubs for sale listings. Cheers Phil |

Host of pictures of war relics, including some CMP / MCP trucks in the North African desert (disregard the captions, though....)

And the caption?
Perhaps should be: "Used Ford F60L project for sale, partly sandblasted, ready to refit running gear. Buyer to collect."
