Black Watch of Canada -
...you'll have to change the veh no then..
Nicely done...other than the ambulance variant you don't see many carriers with the bows/cover. Do you have a picture of it with the cover on?
Its a field Mod I took from Nigels Book for the Bows , I know Cha :cheers:rlie it would be a CT then the #, I havent got to that part yet cuz i'm in the works of restoring T16 soon. Cheers Mike G

One of the Main reasons I put bows on is because we do alot of Reanactments static displays etc and I accually sleep in the carrier so it acts like a tent. I made a bed from extra plank wood and place it long ways across the drivers and gunners in side fenders, plus I don't like when it gets wet, Sum display i put camo netting on, like in this pic, last pic i had my old markings on it :salute:

Hi Michael -
Nice veh...is that the original WD Census number ? Roddy |
No it's my own last 3 #'s the area ware its supposed to be on the rear left angle iron was so pitted I only got a 6 out of it. Cheers
The number
you should use is from on top of the armour in front of the driver.
unfortunately like many others.. i dont think Mike was lucky enough to have any armour left on his (when he first got it) i was lucky enough to have a few digits left on the remains of my front armour, but many of us out there dont have that luxury.
Richy is Correct most of the steel plate is mild steel and the lower hull is all that was left, pitted and such, Hey it drives and leaks oil , typical Flathead, and fun to drive, thats all that matters :)
You did a good job,Mike.I hope mine is as good when I'm done. :)
