Tank sighting......today
Laurier West bound in 5 oclock traffic with extra wide load on a single lane road...... I believe a Leopard..... on a civvy transport...... full complete and overflowing the trailer on both side....... I could have touched the tracks with my hand as it went by.......
Any ideas where from and where to...... or did one of you guys by it ???? Bob C. |
Heading to Petawawa is my bet, bit of a dog and pony going on next week
|
Near Cartier square.....
.... tank may have come from Cartier Square drill Hall....
Impressive bit of kit in bumper to bumper traffic...... Bob C. |
Another possibility is that it might have been going to a dog and pony at the War Museum??? Or, maybe for display there????
|
did one of you guys buy it ?
Or, perhaps it's already in a Rotter shelter behind the barn ! ?
|
I don't have that much free cash, can't speak for the others.
If it is there, I haven't seen it (or the tracks from delivery - we watch for trespassers). Perhaps Clive bought it but hasn't worked up the courage to ask to store it in the field yet.... |
