Mud and Dust book for sale
Well, I am having a clean out aren't I??
Have a small number of my 2010 hardcover, 300+ page book 'Mud and Dust: Australian Army Vehicles and Artillery in Vietnam' published by New Holland, to sell. This has over 400 images, mostly colour, of everything from Centurion tanks to cement mixers operated by the Australian Army on operations in Vietnam between 1965 and 1972. The book is arranged into chapters (Artillery, Armour, Light Vehicles, Medium Vehicles, Heavy Vehicles, Engineer Plant) plus appendices on types, numbers, markings and paintwork. Signed copies. These are $40.00 US plus postage. Payment by Paypal or, if in North America, US check or US cash. Email me at mike@krystiimelaine.com with how many you want, and your mailing address. :salute: Mike C |

And already you have forgotten how to spell! :teach: I hope you are continuing to drive on the correct (left) side of the road, though! I have a mate Viet Vet, (Non- MLU), do you mind if I send him your email address? Howard Sunny Ganmain |
No Mate, send the 'hard to press' (email address) right along to ya mate, just so long as he's a dinkum cobber, knows how ta spell 'cheque' an' ya can even send him the O D Calogne number as well if youse like....
Seriously, Howie, when in Rome, I've learnt to spell as the Romans do.... and driving on the LEFT would be fatal, so my sense of survival tells me the right side is the right side over'ere! Chilly here: how's Gan-b****y-main's weather this day? Your ex-pat cobber Mike C :kangaroo |
What?
Struth!

Strike!
Next thing Mike will be spelling 'tires' and saying 'windshield'.
To get back to the thread, Mike's book 'Mud and Dust' is outstanding and I highly recommend it. http://idisk.me.com/oldcmp.net/Publi...231-170825.jpg |

Thanks, Gents, most of the feedback about the book has been very positive.
Mike C While driving in North America: ' ......and I looked out the left side of the windshield and saw the pick up in front had a flat tire' But while driving in Oz: ' .......and I looked through the right side of the windscreen and saw the Ute in front had a flat tyre'   |
