WW 2 staff car project
 

Another project that I'm not going to get around to:

I have a 1942 Cadillac 60-special 4-door sedan. As far as I know, it was never in military service, but at least it's a real '42, not a '48 masquerading as a '42.

The engine is in pieces, but it comes with a nearly identical 1947 parts car which has a rebuilt engine and transmission which have never been used. A previous owner is supposed to have spent $7000 on the rebuild and died before he had a chance to do anything else.

Both cars have Ontario ownerships.

They're located in southwestern Ontario.

I'm hoping to get half the cost of the rebuild, i.e. $3500.
