Hi Perry, Do you have any idea how many vehicles will be showing up? Or should I send out an email this weekend giving everyone on my mailing list a heads up about the parade and see who replies?
It was a great weekend at the Muster! Looking forward to next year's! ML |
Perry,
The weather channel says dry and cooler = perfect parade weather for the Warriors Day parade! I will be there early. Stewart |
Hello Mary-Lou,
I do not have a number for participants, so if you want to do a mass email, that would be great. They would like to have everyone at the assembly area (parking lot immediately east of Banting House, corner of Adelaide and Queens) formed up and ready to go by 10:30 Saturday morning. Towing vehicles can be taken down to the fair grounds and parked on the east side of the race track, entrance off Florence St., after dropping of the parade vehicle, so you won't have to drive them back to the assembly area after the parade. Parade steps off at 11:20, should conclude at 11:50 in front of the grandstand for a short ceremony. Everyone should be on their way home by 12:45. Stewart, Good to hear, see you there Saturday morning. Perry |
