Rod,
I see it has the military stock number stenciled on, from the 6MT13 group, which relates canvas and similar items. The vocab catalogues for LV6MT numbers are a mine of info, I have most of the British ones and I have seen quite a few of the Australian versions at the Corowa swapmeet, if anyone has a copy, it might give a description of this item. regards, Richard |

Gents thanks much for the input. Trust you enjoyed your short break with the better half Keith. Richard that would be a handy document to access as you say. The chap who has this panel has a few more of the same I believe which could be quite useful to somebody if the origin is proven. We shall wait and see what turns up. Thanks again.... Rod
PS....almost forgot, here is a pic of the other side with the Dad and Dave marking! |
On second thoughts
I don't think it fits any standard CMP door as they all (apart from the lightweight versions) use a cranked insert with butterfly nut.
And the break was good even if we didn't get out of the local area. |
Could it be some sort of radiator blind?
