flat fender Jeep in Ottawa

On behalf of an acquaintance in Ottawa, can anyone suggest where he might find a characteristic flatfender 1/4 ton "Jeep" (ie MB or M38)? He had told me his budget, but I will leave the negotiations between buyer and seller. He is looking for a runner that can be driven on grass and dirt roads, but definately not off-road.
