Hub lock plate
1 Attachment(s)
Hi
Do any of you know of a source for the rear axle hub lock plates shown below. I've tried Belcher engineering in the UK who are Mac stockists but they can't help. My axle was missing one that I need to replace. I believe British ones are as shown with Canadian ones having a leather seal. Thanks Ben |
The only source I have found for the Cdn ones is Dirk Leegwater. It is a seal rather than a lockplate.
I am not familiar with the British ones, but is it supposed to have the split on the bottom? I would think it could not do much sealing with that makeup. |
Ben, talk to Derk and get him to deliver to war and peace, this type of locking seal is something you can quite easily make.

Found mine from....
Brian Ashbury "HAD" some in the past.

Hello Ben,
I've got a set for you. |

The ring has a stepped joint and grips the inside of the hub, joint just about closed and revolves around centre lockplate. regards, Richard |
Thank you all. Part on the way.
