Spicer 3053A

Looking for a really good take out or crate transmission.
Must be Spicer 3053A which is the common OD transmission used in M35A2 duece trucks.
Also after a set of M1008 CUCV D60/14B axles w/detroit locker

What else was the transmission used in?

Was talking with someone the other day and I think they mentioned this was the same transmission used in Gamagoats but with a remote shifter don't know if that is correct.

Is the problem you can not find one or is the shipping to Canada issue?

Not sure on the gama goat Phil.
This is the standard 5 speed transmission used in all 2-1/2 ton M35A2 multi fuel trucks. As there are literally thousands of these trucks out in the surplus market, surely there must be plenty of these transmissions around. I know places are wrecking lots of these thrucks.
I just missed out on a NOS one in the crate down south... :whinge
