M816 5 ton wrecker
 

I have a 1970 Kaiser 5ton M816 wrecker for sale. The vehicle is a 100% runner and I can safety the truck if desired. All tires are excellent, rear deck and hoist,winches 100% functional.
Engine is a Cummins 250, 5 spd transmission body is in good condition but needs some minor touch ups.
Reason for selling I now have 2 M816. The new one has a bad engine and I have a new drop in that Iwill be installing this winter.
This truck is a good show truck and it is an excellent work truck. For a picture see my avatar.

I have a M816 wrecker complete for sale. Today 31 January I started the vehicle and drove it. The truck is in very good mechanical condition and the rear deck is completely functional. Has many accessories for the wrecker.
The truck has a Cummins 350 with a 5 spd transmisssion and a high low range. Tires are all excellent NDT. there is a 20,000 lbs front winch and a rear 40,000 winch. This vehicle is licenced for the road. Great truck to lift heavy items or tow. Also this vehicle is a great show truck, it easily drives at 100 kph, and has power steering.
