Could somebody identify this collers? Are they from CMP? What is the worth of they?

radiator.
the radiitor in the photo is most likley Ford. Many have a soldered on tag on the rear of the top tank or in the recess for the fan. The tag has raised numbers and is about 14 X50 mm. if you quote the number someone will identify your radiator.

Yes, they are Ford tropical radiators.
