Drawings help, shutter plunger.
 

Hello,

Can anyone help me with the missing dimensions on my drawing. I'm making some of the locking plungers for the shutters. I have an original to copy, but the end that goes into the holes to lock the shutters has suffered some corrosion and is difficult to get a true dimension. Would someone be able to tell me the lenght and diameter as shown below.

I have 3 NOS pins and the plunger measures as

overall length 42.50 mm, 1.6735", 1 43/64
pin length 3.48 mm, .137 , 9/64
pin width 4.85 mm .192 , 25/128

Do you have a drawing for the pin housing?

Could you check me a couple more dimensions please. Can you tell me the lenght and diameter of the pin that goes through the plunger pin. :thup2: And if you have the spring could you give me the lenght and diameter of spring.

I'm just finishing a batch of these, plungers pins and bushes done, just trying to source the springs and pins to complete them. Mine are priced a £120 for a set of three.
