1941 MK-1* UC Retrieval
 

Took advantage of a break in the weather today to retrieve this 1941 MK-1* from a property north of here. Front armour plate lists 9 1941 Ford 2555, upper hull CB1548 and lower hull 1262. The plan is to keep the upper and lower hull together with the frontal armour and take the install the motor, transmission and other bits from the 1943 MK-1* that was cut down and converted to a skid steer. From 3, I will make 2.

Power Wash of 41 MK-1* UC
 

Once it was unloaded, I tipped it up on its side and began cleaning it out. Needless to say, a few years of leaves and various debris had accumulated. After a couple of hours of scraping and shoveling, I finished it off with a power wash. There weren't any surprises hiding out in the lower hull. Tomorrow, I will torch the bolts on the bottom of the hull to retrieve exhaust pipe guards and the CTL 3903D plate. It will be inside by Friday afternoon.
